Joelton Youth Ministry (JYM) seeks to balance reaching the lost with the Gospel and developing the next generation of Christian leaders. In addition to providing a range of opportunities for spiritual growth and leadership, JYM also teaches students to serve. Whether it’s serving at FBCJ, participating in our youth drama and worship teams, feeding the homeless, or participating in projects like World Changers or staffing Student Life Camp, students learn to use their gifts for the Lord.
Have questions or want to get involved int the youth ministry? Contact Youth Minister Mike Cunningham by email or by phone (876-0527).

‘Discipleship Classes – Sunday Evenings
We offer a variety of Discipleship Classes for students who want to dive deeper into God’s Word and grow in their relationship with Christ. These classes meet in the Deep End at 5:30 on Sunday evenings. The following are our current offerings:
“Jesus” -This full-color handbook is an introduction to Jesus, and discusses who is Jesus and how is he different from all other religious leaders in the world. Topics help people deal with the tough topics and questions they face every day by providing clear biblical answers to questions about Jesus, Christianity, other religions, pop occultism, evolution, sex, decision making, and growing closer to God. Excellent for youth groups. May be used as a Bible study and/or discipleship guide. 6-week study guide for personal or group use in the back.
Youth Worship & Bible Study – Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
Every Wednesday night at 6:30, we meet in the Salt House and take a journey together into truth and the adventure that God is calling us to. With our live music, media and creative teaching, we provide students a place to bring their friends where they can receive introductory, but challenging levels of the Gospel.
