City Forum

We are planning an afternoon of fun for all Middle School Students (5-8th Grade)!

The City Forum

Date:  February 27 at 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Cost:  $30 per student
(Includes 3 attractions, $5 Arcade Card, Pizza/Drinks)

Students need to be dropped off at the City Forum and picked up there approximately 6:00 pm.

JYM Medical Release
A JYM Medical Release must be filled out and on file at the church by February 24 for all students attending the event. You have two ways to submit a form: (1) fill out the form immediately online or (2) you can print a copy and return it to the church.
