Middle School Boys AxeVenture Event

Middle School boys and their fathers (or guardian) are invited to join us at AxeVenture Nashville, located at 2416 Music Valley Dr Suite 151, Nashville, TN 37214 on May 1st from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We will meet at 3:45 pm there. The cost is $30 per person. All adults attending must also register and pay as well.

NOTE: a guardian MUST be with each student. If a guardian is not available, there will be several men from the church to attend with the student.

A JYM Medical Release must be filled out and on file at the church for all students attending the event. You have two ways to submit a form: (1) fill out the form immediately online or (2) you can print a copy and return it to the church.
