What:
Secret Church is an incredible experience. Secret Church is a unique, one-night event that will be streamed online to more than 50,000 participants around the world. Encouraged by our persecuted brothers’ and sisters’ example, we will meet for close to 6 hours for intense study of God’s Word and passionate prayer for the persecuted.
- STUDY: Jonah is a literary masterpiece that has inspired authors, painters, poets, and musicians. But far from being some fairy tale about a fish, it’s a real story with surprising relevance for our lives and the world we’re living in right now. Together we will take a 6-hour deep dive into this book.
- PRAY: We will have an exclusive opportunity from inside Iran to learn about how the Lord is awakening many people and growing his Church despite incredible challenges. Together we’ll join with what God is doing in Iran through our prayers. And together we’ll give to work not just in Iran, but in other countries where Christians are being persecuted, like Yemen and Syria and North Korea.
- ACT: We will be challenged to live on mission—in our neighborhoods and to the nations.

JONAH
Jonah is one of the best known books of the Bible. But beyond the fascinating story of a fish swallowing a man, you will find the challenging account of God’s most unwilling prophet and how, more often than not, we, like Jonah, choose our own comfort over God’s mission. But Jesus shows us a better way. Together we will learn how the gospel drives us to make disciples, not just of people who look and think like us—but of all nations, even those we would consider our enemies.
Join us on April 21 for a one-night, intensive Bible study walking through the book of Jonah, learning about the urgent spiritual and physical needs in Iran, and praying for the persecuted church around the world.

Anyone who loves the Bible is welcome to participate in this with us! Childcare not provided.
When/Time:
Friday, April 21, 2023, the event begins promptly at 6:00 pm and ends at 12:00 am. We will be eating together beforehand between 5:00-6:00 pm. Some limited snacks will be available.
Cost: $20 ($30 per couple)
Deadline: April 14 Note: You can register after the 14th, but will not be guaranteed dinner.

What to Bring:
Begin now to pray for this time. Pray for new friendships, community, and love for God’s word in yourself and those who will attend. Pray for a heart of humility and discernment as we seek to submit our lives to God’s word. No need to bring anything to this event. We will provide pens and study guides if you sign up before April 14th.
